Wildlands Restoration Team (Non native plant
eradication)
Lend a hand for wildlands! Volunteers with the Wildlands Restoration Team
work at various sites in Santa Cruz Mountains State Parks for about 4 hours
on weekend days. We hike in beautiful locations, mostly in the redwoods,
and remove invasive, non-native plants by hand to enhance native habitats.
You can volunteer just one day or as often as you like. Special projects
can be arranged on other days for groups. No experience is required; training
is provided. Ages 13-17 are welcome with an adult.
